Class Descriptions

We have some mats but bring your own if you can. Wear comfortable clothing and drink plenty of water afterwards (personally I go for miso soup).

Introduction to Yoga Course

An 8-Week course. (Still a few places remaining but booking essential. Signup to register for the next intake).

You will finish the course with a good grounding in

  1. yoga poses that are common to most yoga styles
  2. how to align your body in each of these shapes
  3. how to synchronise your body and breath with “flow”

After this you will be ready to try the Thursday night Flow 75 class (due to start this autumn).
