Class Descriptions
We have some mats but bring your own if you can. Wear comfortable clothing and drink plenty of water afterwards (personally I go for miso soup).
Introduction to Yoga Course
An 8-Week course. (Still a few places remaining but booking essential. Signup to register for the next intake).
You will finish the course with a good grounding in
- yoga poses that are common to most yoga styles
- how to align your body in each of these shapes
- how to synchronise your body and breath with “flow”
After this you will be ready to try the Thursday night Flow 75 class (due to start this autumn).
